title issues, leases, trust deeds, and land sale contracts; and in
sales and purchases of businesses, business start-ups, including

Our office, formerly located in Wilsonville, Oregon, is now in the Sellwood neighborhood of
Portland, Oregon. We continue to serve our Wilsonville clients as well as those in the greater
Portland metropolitan area, including Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tigard, Tualatin, Newberg, Oregon
City, Clackamas, Canby, Aurora, Donald and Woodburn.
